3. Retention and use period Follows the company’s confirmed operational policy.

4. Right to refuse consent and consequences You may refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you do not consent to required items, online inquiry submission will be restricted. Optional items may be left blank, and there is no disadvantage for not providing optional items.

• Not every submitted inquiry or proposal will receive an individual reply.
• If a reply or further discussion is needed, we will contact you at the email address you provide.
• Submitting an inquiry or proposal does not create a nondisclosure agreement, partnership agreement, or any other contract between the company and the proposer.
• Please do not include trade secrets, unpublished technical materials, or other confidential information in your proposal.
• A submitted proposal may be identical or similar to projects the company is already reviewing or pursuing, or to proposals received from third parties.
• Submitting a proposal does not transfer any rights in the proposal to the company. Any use or collaboration will proceed only under a separate discussion or contract.
